Hi, it’s me – Alexander, a 29-year-old guy working for a SaaS company in busy Dubai. I have been doing sports all my life. Running, Weight training, football, and other activities help me release my overdue energy.
Nevertheless, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure – very high blood pressure above 160/120. I was shocked. The doctor asked me: “Are you smoking?” – my answer was “No.”. He added many more questions like: “Are you drinking?” – again my answer was “No.”. I am not drinking, I am not smoking and I am not eating junk food on a regular base. I am eating quite healthy, and drink only water and tea, no soft drinks.
Long story short – I had no reason to have high blood pressure, according to my general behavior. So we did an EKG? And thank God – it was good. The next step was a heart scan – and THANK GOD – it was fine too. So there was only the blood and urine test (coming back to that one a bit later) left. And again, these tests were also fine except for one value: the LDL cholesterin was too high.
Why am I writing this blog?
So why am I writing this now? Because I found ways to lower my blood pressure naturally and find a way to bring my body in balance again. High blood pressure can have many causes (Genetics, Smoking, Drinking, Bad Diet,…), but there is always a way to get your blood pressure down healthily and sustainably. And that’s what I am here for. This blog is fully dedicated to one topic: having healthy blood pressure. I’ll do my best to publish every single piece of information out there which helps you and me to have healthy blood pressure and overall healthy life.
Let’s get started and tackle this health problem which is affecting more than 30% of the adult population worldwide and more than 47% of the adult population in the United States.
